2. Technical Training
The training will be finished at seller site or buyer site, all expense should be on buyer’s accounts, for example: all overseas air tickets, visa charges, hotels, meals and transportation etc, and training include: Machine working principle , main parts, operation, commissioning, maintenance and solution of the problems.
3. Warranty and after sale services
The warranty of the machine is 12 months after date of final inspection, during the warranty time the quality is guaranteed, only following conditions are not guaranteed even it is in warranty time, the seller has right to charge the cost of the repairing :
1) No proper operating of the machine result in machine broken down or damaged .
2) Buyer change or modify the machine by themselves without noticing seller and results in damaged or problems,
3) Buyer move the machine without notify buyer and cause damaged after installation
4) Run out of consumable,
5) damage of External force hit /impact and force majeure
After the warranty time, all repairing or spare parts replacements are chargeable.
After getting the notice from the buyer, seller will give solutions by e-mail or phone call within 24 working hours.
